Your package will be delivered by the postal service in your country.

If you have your order shipped via economy shipping, you can see the whole shipping process on www.track-trace.com/post.
You will see the following type of descriptions on the website. 


Posting/Collection at SL.YONGDU

: Your package has left our warehouse and been dispatched.

 Departure from outward office of exchange at INTERNATIONAL POST OFFICE  

: Your package has left Korea and is flying to the destination country. Track-trace.com may not show the further tracking information on this page. Then, please click on "Select country" at the upper left(under Korea) and click on your country to see the further tracking information. The further tracking will be available once your country's postal service has a chance to initially scan the package. Between the time the package leaves Korea and the time it is scanned, it may not show any results. Please allow 3 - 8 business days to show online.

Arrival at inward office of exchange

: Your package has arrived at the destination country and will go through customs.

The next updates will be also available on your country's postal service website and what it shows vary from country to country.

Your package will be delivered by Fedex.

Your package will be delivered by USPS. Between the time the package leaves us and the time it is initially scanned by USPS, it may not show any results. Please allow 5 - 8 business days to show online.

Q      How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

A      We try to ship out orders as fast as we can, usually within 24 business hours. However, we may need 1-3 business days for handling depeding on items. 


Q      What happens if I don't receive my order?

A      If your order doesn't arrive within the expected shipping timeframe, we will submit a missing package inquiry so that the post office or Fedex can start an investigation. Once the loss is confirmed, we will re-send you the item(s) or issue a full refund depending on the inventory availability. 


Q      I will not be home on the scheduled delivery period.

A      All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure that there will be someone available to take receipt of the package. 
We are not responsible for packages that is unclaimed or returned to us.


Q      Where is my order shipping from?

A      All orders are packaged and shipped from South Korea.


Q      Do you ship to my country?

A      Yes, we do. We ship to worldwide using available shipping methods. 


Q      How is the shipping charge determined?

A      Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your package and shipping destination. 


Q      What shipping method do you use?

A      We use Fedex and Postal service. If you choose Economy shipping, your order will be shipped via "International Registered Airmail". If you choose Express shipping, your order will be shipped via "Fedex" or "EMS(Express Mail Service)".


Q      Do you ship to PO Box Addresses?

A      We can deliver to P.O Box addresses, only when you have your order shipped via Economy shipping. 
If you have your order shipped via Express shipping, we 're unable to deliver to P.O Box adresses. Fedex delivers to a place that they have a chance to get the recipient's signature. Please provide us with your permanent residential address or your place of employment.


Q      How can I track my order?

A      If you order is shipped via Fedex, the up-to-date tracking is available on www.fedex.com. 
If your order is shipped via international registered airmail or EMS, tracking is available on www.track-trace.com/post. Online tracking is also available on the post office website of the destination country. You can receive the live arrival status of your order online once the package arrives at the destination country. Live tracking will be only available after the carriers have a chance to initially scan the package. Between the time the package leaves us and the time it is scanned, tracking number may not show any results. Please allow 5 – 15 business days for postal tracking to show online. 

NOTE : Live online tracking is not available in the following countries. (United Kingdom / Germany) You're required to contact your local post office to check the status of shipping.


Q      Can you gift box my order?

A      Unfortunately, we are unable to gift wrap at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
